At Luxury Terminal, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest level of service. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 4 hours of placing the order.

Our team will review your cancellation request, and once approved, the amount will be creadited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 Business working days.

Please note:

  • Up to 5% of the order value may be deducted to cover bank charges and international currency conversion fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Requests made after 4 hours of placing the order cannot be cancelled, as processing will already have begun.

These are not ordinary items; they are rare editions designed for clients who value individuality, timeless design, and true luxury.

Here is what this means for you as our valued customer:

1. Final Sale Policy

If you place an order and wish to cancel it, please note that cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. We wait 4 hours before processing orders, so if you wish to cancel, kindly contact us within that time by dropping a "Hi" on +918010863744 and sharing your details (Order ID, Name, Address, Payment Method, and Amount). After reviewing your request, we will initiate your refund. However, please note that 3%–4% will be non-refundable due to bank charges.

We request you to double-check all details before placing your order, as once an order is fully confirmed, returns and cancellations are not allowed. Only exchanges may be considered, and that too subject to our team’s approval.

Important: All exclusive and limited-edition items are considered Final Sale. Due to their rarity and limited production, once purchased, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. This ensures every client receives a product that is truly one-of-a-kind and untouched.

2. Authenticity & Rarity

Each piece undergoes strict quality checks and is accompanied by authenticity verification. Because quantities are extremely limited, owning one of these items signifies rarity—once sold, they are unlikely to be restocked or reproduced.

3. Craftsmanship & Detail

Exclusive pieces are often crafted with premium-grade materials, rare designs, or advanced techniques that set them apart from standard collections. They may also feature unique finishes, detailing, or customizations available only for a very limited number of clients.

4. High Demand & Priority Allocation

Given their limited nature, such pieces are often in high demand globally. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee availability once stocks are sold out.

5. No Cancellation Once Processed

Once your order is confirmed, our team immediately reserves the piece for you. Since these items cannot be resold as regular stock, cancellations are not permitted after processing begins.

6. Customer Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing before purchasing. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any queries prior to placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

At Luxury Terminal, we uphold the highest standards of quality and authenticity. For this reason, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange option under the following conditions:

1. Customer Responsibility

We strongly encourage our clients to carefully review all details before placing an order, including size, color, fabric, and product specifications. To ensure complete transparency, we provide high-resolution images from multiple angles and showcase the fabric clearly.

2. Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time will not be considered, as the product is deemed accepted by the client.

3. Condition of the Item

An item will only be eligible for exchange if it is returned in the exact condition it was dispatched:

  • Unused, unworn, and pristine
  • In its original packaging
  • With all authenticity cards, certifications, and protective seals intact

Any product showing signs of wear, tampering, or missing documentation will not qualify for exchange.

4. Shipping & Costs

  • All costs involved in returning the product to Luxury Terminal are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Luxury Terminal is not responsible for any additional charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or insurance during the return transit.
  • We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service for safe delivery.

5. Approval Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will confirm its eligibility for exchange. Only after successful verification will the exchange process be initiated.

For exchange we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the return product.

Inspection & Approval

At Luxury Terminal, every piece is crafted and dispatched with utmost precision and care. While we do not offer returns, we provide an exchange option in select cases for our valued clients.

1. Exchange Process

Once a client receives the product, they may request an exchange within the allowed period. To proceed, the client must send the product back to our official address. All associated costs, including shipping, taxes, customs duties, and insurance, must be fully borne by the customer. Luxury Terminal does not cover any such charges.

2. On-Demand & Made-to-Order Policy

Many of our products are high-demand or made-to-order pieces. For this reason, we always advise clients to carefully check size, color, fabric, and specifications before placing an order, as exchanges are limited and subject to approval.

3. Product Review & Condition

Upon receiving the returned product, our team conducts a detailed inspection.

  • If the product is found to be in the same pristine condition as dispatched—unused, unworn, with original packaging, authenticity cards, certifications, and seals intact—the exchange request will be approved.
  • If any signs of damage, tampering, or disrespectful handling are detected, the exchange will be denied. The product will be sent back to the customer within 5–7 business days, at the customer’s expense.

4. Approved Exchange

If approved, our team will contact the client to confirm the new size, color, or product details. The replacement product will then be shipped to the client. Please note: the customer remains responsible for shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes related to the exchange shipment.

5. Luxury Terminal’s Responsibility (If Our Error Occurs)

In the rare case that an error occurs from our side—such as delivering the wrong size, color, or product—we sincerely apologize. To process such claims:

  • The client must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package and share it with us at customer.lt.team@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, Luxury Terminal will arrange for the product to be collected from the client at our expense.
  • We will then dispatch the correct item ordered by the client, covering all shipping, customs, and handling costs.
